Transformer controller for fan

The STR-1 speed controller regulates the rotational speed of single-phase, voltage-controllable (extractor) motors by varying the output voltage. The housing of STR-1 models up to 7.5 A is made of robust, high-quality R-ABS plastic. This material is exceptionally heat-resistant, extremely strong, and offers excellent impact protection. The housing is suitable for surface mounting and, with an IP54 rating, provides protection against dirt, dust, and moisture. Ideal for controlling extractor motors and fan boxes in the hospitality industry.

Manually adjustable in 5 positions

The transformer regulator can be manually adjusted in five steps. The technology provides a regulated output voltage.

Multiple fans on one controller

Multiple extractor motors can be connected to a transformer controller. Please ensure that the controller's maximum amperage rating is not exceeded. The controller is equipped with a connection for gas solenoid valves (optional). An additional output is provided, providing 230 VAC as soon as you turn the knob from the zero position. This allows you to connect a valve or an operating indicator light, for example.

How do I install the transformer controller?

The control transformers must only be connected by a certified installer according to the wiring diagram. It is recommended that the controllers be mounted upright on a wall; they should not be mounted to the ceiling.

It's important that the control transformers can cool sufficiently. As a rule, there should be 10 centimeters of free space around the controller.
