ARIC series: single-phase fan speed controller with autotransformer.

The RIC series is a series of single-phase electronic voltage regulators that regulate the voltage using microprocessor technology. These regulators are designed to control the effective voltage of asynchronous (induction) electric motors for fans.
Regulation is possible with an autotransformer (ARIC series) and with a Triac, or phase-splitting principle (TRIC series), in automatic or manual mode.
These regulators are equipped with:

• A temperature probe, built into a metal housing, for measuring the ambient temperature by means of a cable (5 m long);
• A connection cord with Schuko (grounded) plug (1.5 m long) for connection to the AC line (input);
• Three Schuko output plugs for connecting up to three fans without the use of auxiliary sockets.
